1. Retreat Participation

Travapy™ retreats are wellness travel experiences designed to promote personal insight, rest, and renewal. While they may incorporate mental health-informed practices, they are not a substitute for clinical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree:

• No patient-doctor relationship is established.

• You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after the retreat.

• You have consulted with a healthcare provider, if necessary, prior to travel.

• Travapy™ and its facilitators are not liable for medical, psychological, or personal outcomes related to your participation.

2. Digital Product Use

• All digital guides, journals, and downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Travapy™ materials for resale or public sharing without express written permission.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• Retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific retreat’s cancellation policy.

• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• Please review individual retreat or product pages for more details.

4. Cancellation & Changes

Travapy™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances including low enrollment, safety concerns, or natural events. In such cases:

• You may receive a full or partial refund, or

• Apply your payment to a future retreat.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Any refund or credit issued is at Travapy™’s discretion and subject to administrative fees.

5. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Booking and managing their own transportation unless explicitly included

• Securing travel insurance (strongly recommended)

• Ensuring possession of necessary visas, passports, and documents

Travapy™ is not liable for travel disruptions, lost items, or injuries during transit.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat others with respect

• Maintain confidentiality of personal sharing

• Honor the retreat environment

We reserve the right to remove individuals who disrupt the experience, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on travapy.com and affiliated platforms are the intellectual property of Travapy™. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information submitted via forms, registrations, or downloads will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Assumption of Risk

By registering and participating, you release Travapy™, its founder, and affiliates from liability related to injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation.
